The first step in our process is to meet with you to understand your goals and the unique manpower needs for your company.​

We will discuss your objectives, including the tasks and roles that could realistically be fulfilled by qualified offshore personnel.
Most importantly, we’re not afraid to tell you if it will not work!

If you wish to move forward and engage our services, we will move into the information-gathering stage -- collecting everything we need to find the perfect candidates to fit your needs.
02. Job Specifications
We will follow up with you, sending you detailed notes from our meeting. This ensures we are aligned on goals, objectives, and requirements. We will also gather information on the proposed working days/hours, starting rate, and desired start date. Once you have confirmed, we will begin the recruitment process to find awesome, qualified candidates to present to you! ​​
03. Recruitment & Sourcing
You can generally expect our recruitment process to take approximately 2-4 weeks to find a range of vetted & qualified candidates available for you to interview.

We’ll present you with costs, resumes, and other information to help you make an informed decision. All you need to do is interview these top candidates, just as you would do when recruiting local staff.

Once you make your decision, we’ll offer your preferred candidate the position!
04. Onboarding
Once the position has been accepted by your candidate, we’ll handle the onboarding process for your newly appointed staff member. You don’t need to do anything – we’ll do it all for you!

HR Management
Our team can take the stress of managing personnel off your shoulders!

With HR Management Services, we will take care of everything -- from daily attendance monitoring, to PTO accrual, to issuing compensation, and more! We will even provide counseling & intervention, should the need arise.
Most importantly, our services help to facilitate continuity for your business operations. We will ensure your Tytan is present for their shift, on time, and prepared to begin each day. If things don't work out as expected, our team will handle the offboarding and replacement -- giving you peace of mind.
We take the hassle away from you, so you can focus on your business!
06. Billing Process
Each month you will receive a single invoice from our Finance Team. This invoice will include service charges & relevant compensation for your staff member -- billed one month in advance.
Rest assured, your staff member will not receive any compensation until services have been fully rendered for each working period (issued twice monthly). We simply act as an "escrow" so both you and your staff member can rest easy knowing compensated will be issued on time, every time.
