Frequently Asked Questions

  • 1. How much is the rate?
The VA compensation rate is solely decided upon by the hiring client. We advise most VAs, to start with a compensation of at least $500 (salary may vary depending on the position) per month. This suggested rate is influenced by the VA's experience, skill set, and expertise. Following the Initial Interview process, the client will be asked to provide details on the desired compensation amount. With that, our team will deliver a formal Job Offer to the candidate and negotiate the compensation amount on your behalf.
  • 2. What are the benefits aside from the salary?
Standard practice at Tytan Teams is to offer 16 total Paid Leave Days per year (12 Vacation/Sick Leave Days + 4 Floating Holiday Leave Days) for VAs to utilized as they wish.
  • 3. Are they going to work with the Tytan Team's or with the client only?
Under HR Management services, assigned Tytans will be monitored for attendance and productivity. Our team will also provide guidance, as needed, as well as disciplinary intervention (should the need arise or should the client request it). Each Tytan is only assigned to a single client. They will not be working with outside clients, nor will they be working for Tytan in any capacity.
  • 4. What is the interview process and how are potential Tytans evaluated?
Under HR Management services, assigned Tytans will be monitored for attendance and productivity. Our team will also provide guidance, as needed, as well as disciplinary intervention (should the need arise or should the client request it). Each Tytan is only assigned to a single client. They will not be working with outside clients, nor will they be working for Tytan in any capacity. If/when the candidate successfully advances beyond the Initial Interview, they will be endorsed to the Client Placement Interview (CPI) stage. The CPI is conducted with members of the Client Relations Team, in collaboration with the Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Team. As our Client Relations Team interacts most directly with the clients, they are able to evaluate based on firsthand knowledge of the company needs and each client's personality and communication type. From there, the Client Relations Team will decide which client(s) the candidate seems best fit and most qualified for to create a potentially successful match. The Client Relations Team will coordinate a final interview, which is the Candidate Introduction Interview (CII). During the CII, the client(s) will meet with the potential candidate(s) and will briefly discuss qualifications, experience, and skill set. The client(s) will also have an opportunity to give details about their company and the opportunity they are presenting for placement(s). That is their chance to ask questions and really get a feel for the personality and communication style for each candidate. Our team members will be present during the entire CII to facilitate optimal communication between client(s) and the potential candidate(s).
  • 5. Is having more than the client allowed for a Tytan?
No. We strictly prohibit placement with multiple clients. Each Tytan is assigned to one client/company. This policy is shared with each candidate at each stage of their interview process. Additionally, the Staff Relations Team requires each candidate to acknowledge this policy during the staff onboarding procedures.
  • 6. What shift time(s) will the Tytan(s) work?
We follow US Time zones, and all Tytans are aware and willing to work based on US time zones. Tytans will commonly work during US daytime hours, which is considered the overnight shift, or "graveyard shift", in the Philippines. Specific scheduling and shift hours are at the discretion of the client and their individual company needs.
